| Description: | Lake Oswego Community Rowing (LOCR) is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization, operating from the Charles S. Brown Water Sports Center on the Willamette River. LOCR is the only boathouse in the Portland area to offer sculling and sweep classes to both juniors and adults (masters). We offer sweep rowing and sculling for all skill levels from beginners to national competitors, and all ages from juniors to adults. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
