| Description: | Located on scenic Lamprey River on the seacoast on NH. Lessons are by appointment; June-Sept. Provides on the water coaching with video taping and use of the Rowperfect Rowing Simulators and an Indoor Rowing Facility to help teach the proper sculling technique and biomechanics of proper power application. On-the-water emphasis is on technique and drills with video analysis to help students make improvements. Lessons are structured around the goals and aspirations of the students. |
