| Description: | BIAC is a nonprofit organization formed in 1999 to offer the community programs in rowing and paddling. We were formerly the Stanford Rowing Club. BIAC is easily accessible from the San Francisco Peninsula. We have year-round access to protected waters in the South Bay.
